The History of Tusk

Tusk. A True Chapel Street Original

There’s nowhere quite like Chapel Street, Windsor.

For more than two decades, Tusk has been part of the rhythm of Chapel Street — a familiar corner for locals, regulars, first dates, long lunches, after-work drinks and nights that somehow turn into early mornings.

A Chapel icon since way back

The History of Tusk

Windsor has always had its own kind of energy.

Tusk — A True Chapel Street Original

Originally opened in 2001, Tusk quickly became one of Chapel streets most loved spots.

There’s nowhere quite like Chapel Street, Windsor.

Tusk has always been more than somewhere to eat and drink.

It’s a community within a community. A hub within a hub.

A place where locals catch up, friends meet, new memories are made and there’s always a reason to pull up a chair. When the sun is out, take a seat on the corner,

soak up the Chapel Street buzz and watch the world go by. As day turns to night, the atmosphere shifts and Tusk comes alive.

For decades, Tusk has been part of the fabric of Chapel Street — a familiar Windsor corner where locals gathered for coffee, conversation and the simple pleasure of watching the world go by. After closing in 2024, Tusk has returned with a fresh chapter and new menu, re-established as a relaxed day-to-night destination while staying true to its roots as a neighbourhood meeting place and one of Windsor’s most familiar faces on Chapel Street.

This is Tusk. This is Chapel Street. This is Windsor
